October 25, 2022 – dtac has received the notification letter from the NBTC on October 25, 2022, acknowledging the amalgamation between dtac and True. dtac will assess the conditions thoroughly and report any significant progress to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. dtac and True will continue to run their businesses independently in the meantime.
