dtac Never Stop Serving Customers: Opens Temporary dtac Pop-Up Shops for Customer Convenience in Bangkok and 29 Dark Red Zone Provinces

26 August 2021 – dtac opens temporary pop-up shops to provide customers more convenience with a full range of services: subscribe to a new number; bill payment; SIM change; inquiries on promotions; and privileges. The pop-up shops even offer tech products such as smartphones, tablets, and accessories – providing the same handy services as the permanent dtac service centers inside shopping centers. The new dtac pop-up shops are located near the regular service centers in shopping centers and communities to fulfill the needs of customers in Greater Bangkok and upcountry. A total of 88 dtac pop-up shops (as of 23 August 2021) will open from 10:00-18:00 every day. Customers can find these convenient centers by calling the dtac Call Center with #1678.
