dtac TriNet announces bond yield of 3.01 – 4.46% per annum, available to investors on 11 – 12 and 14 July 2022

July 5, 2022 - dtac TriNet Company Limited or DTN, a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Access Communications Public Company Limited (dtac), a telecommunications service provider, set interest rates for new bonds at 3.01 – 4.46% per annum. The bonds will be offered during 11 – 12 and 14 July 2022 to institutional investors and/or high net worth investors. The company has been rated "AA" with a "negative" outlook by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. The bond underwriters are Bangkok Bank, Bank of Ayudhya and Kasikornbank. Mr. Nakul Sehgal, Chief Financial Officer of dtac, shared, “The company had submitted a filing to SEC at the beginning of June to seek approval to issue bonds, and has now set the interest rates as follows: the 1.5-year bond has an interest rate of 3.01% per annum, the 3-year bond has an interest of 3.50% per annum, the 5-year bond has as interest of 4.00% per annum, the 7-year bond has an interest of 4.20% per annum, and the 9-year bond has an interest rate of 4.46% per annum. Telenor – Building a new telecom-tech company in Thailand for growth 2.0

During a briefing with media in Thailand, Sigve Brekke, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telenor Group and Jorgen Rostrup, EVP and Head of Telenor Asia, Telenor Group talked about Telenor’s ambition to build great telecom-tech companies in Thailand and Asia. 7 June 2022 - dtac TriNet Company Limited (DTN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Access Communications Public Company Limited (dtac), a telecommunications service provider, is preparing to offer senior unsecured bonds with bondholder representatives to institutional investors and high-net-worth investors. The offering is expected to take place during July 11, 12 and 14. DTN is rated at “AA,” with a “negative” outlook by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. Bangkok Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, and Kasikornbank will be joint lead arrangers for the bonds. April 4, 2022 - Today Total Access Communication PLC, (dtac) held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 1/2022 (“EGM”) of its shareholders in which they approved dtac’s proposed amalgamation with True. 28 January 2022 – Total Access Communication PLC., or dtac, reported a fourth consecutive quarter of subscriber growth for 2021 despite tough macroeconomic conditions and aggressive competition.
